A supercharger alone does not define a conversion. The belt drive, intake, charge cooling, fuelling and engine management must work together. T21 develops the package around your BMW, its condition and the way you intend to use it.
Mechanical supercharging
An ASA centrifugal supercharger is the heart of the system. Mounting, belt drive and engine-bay integration are developed together.
Charge cooling & fuelling
Water-to-air charge cooling manages the compressed intake air. The stage specification determines the intake and fuel-system upgrades.
Calibration & component protection
Load, ignition, fuelling and thermal management are considered together. Engine condition, fuel quality and drivetrain capability define the appropriate setup.

Which BMW engines is this supercharger kit designed for?
The T21 M5x system is intended for BMW M50, M52, M52TU and M54 engines. The linked shop offers E46 and E39 configurations. For E36, E38, E60 and E85 applications and other variants, contact us to check the engine code, model year, packaging and project requirements before ordering. A chassis name alone does not guarantee fitment.
How much power can the M54B30 make?
The shop lists stock output of 231 PS / 300 Nm, Stage 1 at 320 PS / 360 Nm and Stage 2 at 420 PS / 420 Nm. For Stage 2 without a performance exhaust manifold, the shop specifies 360–380 PS. Stage 3 Thunderstorm at 500 PS / 570 Nm is available for discussion by enquiry only. Results depend on hardware, engine condition, fuel and calibration. Figures are metric PS, not SAE horsepower or wheel horsepower.
What is included in the supercharger kit?
Stage 1 includes the ASA T6-515 supercharger, mounting plate and belt drive, water-to-air charge cooler, intake-manifold adapter, matching intake and software, according to the shop. Stage 2 also includes upgraded fuelling, a smaller HTS pulley and performance intake and calibration. Your selected shop configuration or written quotation defines the final scope.
Can I install the kit myself or have T21 install it?
The shop offers self-installation and installation at T21-Industries. Professional fitting and matching calibration are required. E39 applications additionally require the T21 electric-fan kit. Upgrading from Stage 1 to Stage 2 is possible; discuss the vehicle-specific requirements with us.
Is the supercharger kit road legal?
German registration at T21 is possible only for specifically checked vehicle and kit combinations. There is no blanket road-use approval for every vehicle, stage or additional modification. Confirm the required configuration and documentation before ordering.
Can I order from the USA or another country?
International buyers can enquire in English and use the country and currency selector in the shop. Before purchasing, confirm vehicle fitment, shipping availability, costs and local registration and emissions requirements. German approval does not establish US federal, California or other local compliance. No CARB or EPA approval is claimed on this page.
What is the price and lead time?
Pricing depends on the vehicle, performance stage and installation option. Check the shop for the current price, taxes, shipping costs and availability. Production and delivery are configuration-dependent; T21 confirms the binding timing with your quotation or order.
